Quality control in the Streametal measuring centre
Streametal is characterised not only by competitive prices and punctual deliveries, but also by outstanding quality in all components. Our worldwide network includes over 250 manufacturers from four countries. To ensure consistent quality, we use strict selection procedures for our manufacturers, conduct regular supplier evaluations and carry out additional quality checks in our own measurement centre. In this way, we ensure consistent quality, regardless of the country of origin of the manufacturing, comparable to Made in Germany quality.

All orders at Streametal go through a double check. Our manufacturers carry out standard quality control during production. In addition, we subject all components to measurement at our in-house measurement centre in Berlin. This double quality control ensures that you only receive components that meet the required tolerances.

Our measuring centre: data and information
We carry out quality control for all orders in our state-of-the-art measuring centre. There we measure your components to ensure that they meet all requirements in terms of shape, fit, position and surface finish. We use only the most advanced measuring equipment, including the latest coordinate measuring machines and contour measuring devices. Thanks to efficient processes, components undergo our quality assurance within less than 24 hours. Our strict quality management practices enable us to achieve a complaint rate of less than 0.1% for all components.

Are certificates required?
Do you need a measurement protocol or sample test report?
Our quality control staff will provide a test certificate for each order free of charge. We can also provide measurement protocols or initial sample test reports (EMPB) on request.
Please let us know at the time of your enquiry if you require any special certificates or proofs. This will enable us to process your order smoothly and without delays.
